Where do you serve?

We serve all  boroughs of NYC (Brooklyn, Manhattan, and Queens, Bronx) We also serve Long Island.

Are you a pet friendly maid service?

Yes! We love pets. Our staff is trained to correctly deal with your furry family member.

Can I trust Green Apple cleaners?

Without a doubt! All of Green Apple’s Cleaning Professionals are highly trained, background and reference checked, as well as insured and bonded.

What does a Deep Clean include?

The Deep Clean service is in depth top-to-bottom cleaning. We recommend a deep cleaning if you have not had your apartment professionally cleaned within the past 3 months.

It does not include cleaning baseboards, closets, interior windows, interior walls, inside the oven, inside the cabinets or inside the refrigerator, all of which are available at a reasonably priced additional cost.

What is a Move In/Move Out cleaning?

We all know moving is stressful.Our move in/move out cleanings are designed to prepare a home for a new tenant.

Please note that the move in/move out cleaning includes cleaning inside of the oven, insides of the cabinets, and inside of the refrigerator. 

It does not include cleaning baseboards, closets, interior windows and interior walls, all of which are available at a reasonably priced additional cost.

What method of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, all major credit cards, venmo and zelle.

What is your cancellation/rescheduling policy?

You can cancel or reschedule your service without a penalty 48 hrs before your scheduled cleaning. There will be a $50 CANCELLATION FEE if you cancel or reschedule your appointment less than 48 hours of your scheduled cleaning.

How is Green Apple handling COVID-19?

At Green Apple, our top priority is the safety of our cleaners and customers. We recommend that you also review the CDC's guidelines for reducing the spread of COVID-19. These include:

  • Washing hands frequently and vigorously for 20 seconds to prevent the spread of germs;

  • Avoiding touching of the eyes, nose and mouth;

  • Cleaning and disinfecting frequently touched objects and surfaces using a regular household cleaning spray or wipe; and

  • Social distancing.

We also ask that all customers proactively follow the CDC’s guidelines to reduce the spread of the Coronavirus during your bookings. Other recommendations for customers include:

  • Stay in a room separate from the one your cleaner is cleaning. This will (1) allow the cleaner to clean thoroughly and without interruption and (2) maintain the 6-foot person-to-person distance currently recommended by the CDC.

  • Cancel or reschedule bookings if you feel sick or are concerned about the wellbeing of those living in your home or your cleaner.

Do I have to be home while you clean?

You do not have to be home but we have to make sure our cleaner has proper directions for entering and exiting your home. Please let us know proper instructions when booking your cleaning.

When are you open?

We are open monday thru friday from 8am - 7pm and saturday 8am-1pm.

 I don’t have a vacuum. Should I still use your service?

If you do not have a vacuum, simply request for the cleaner to bring a vacuum in the special instructions area. Our cleaners carry mobile vacuums as they have to travel throughout the day for jobs.

Do Green Apple cleaners bring all necessary cleaning supplies to get the job done?

We bring all required products to give your home a great clean, aside from a vacuum (unless requested), mop, bucket or step stool. If you'd like us to use a specific product, please let us know and leave it out for the cleaner to use.

How often should Green Apple clean my home or business?

Most of our customers differ in their individual needs, so it is difficult to provide specific guidance. Typically, our customers schedule an initial detailed cleaning of their home followed by a recurring cleaning.
